1 General

1.1 Parties and terms

Watersafe Läckagesäkring Sverige AB, org.nr. 559441-8245 (“Watersafe”) operates the websites viwa‑watersafe.com, viwa‑watersafe.se, viwa‑watersafe.dk, viwa‑watersafe.fi and viwa‑watersafe.eu. Via these websites you can purchase goods from Watersafe Läckagesäkring Sverige AB.

These general terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply when you as a Customer place an order via one of the websites listed above. In connection with you as a Customer making a purchase via one of the websites listed above, the Customer hereby accepts the Terms and Conditions and Watersafe Läckagesäkring Sverige AB’s privacy policy (see Privacy Policy in these Terms and Conditions).

To shop on one of the websites listed above, the Customer must be 18 years of age, of legal age and have full legal right to enter into an agreement with another party.

An order placed in another person's name (forgery of documents), or in any other way that places Watersafe Läckagesäkring Sverige AB at risk of suffering financial damage, will be reported to the police.

2 Payment and Prices

2.1 Prices and VAT

All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any shipping and payment fees, as well as VAT.

The customer can choose to purchase goods from the websites in either SEK, DKK or EUR.

Prices on the product page and product list can be presented either including or excluding VAT depending on the Customer's choice on the websites.

2.2 Payment methods

When you purchase one or more items, you have the option to pay for them in one of the ways listed below. Depending on the country, there may be differences or other conditions that govern which way you can choose to pay.

Card payment with VISA or MasterCard, open for payment over the Internet via Nets Easy payment gateway.

Mobile payment with Swish (Sweden) or MobilePay (Denmark).

Internet payment with PayPal through Nets Easy payment gateway.

Payment via Klarna Payments.

Special terms and conditions may apply to different payment methods and are stated at checkout.

3 Deliveries and returns

3.1 Delivery methods

When you order goods from us, you have the option to choose one of the delivery methods that Watersafe has an agreement with. The choices you as a Customer have to choose from may depend on the country and size of the order.

3.2 Shipping and handling fee

Watersafe charges a shipping and handling fee to send orders to a drop-off location or parcel box. Shipping costs vary depending on weight, volume and choice of transport method. Shipping costs are presented at checkout when ordering.

For bulky and volume shipments, Watersafe charges an additional bulky shipping fee.

3.3 Open purchase

Watersafe offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the time of purchase if you wish to cancel your purchase for any reason. In the event of a money-back guarantee, you will receive a refund provided that the item is returned in its original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as when purchased. You must be able to present a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or invoice.

3.4 Right of withdrawal for private individuals in e-commerce (distance shopping)

Watersafe complies with the Distance Contracts Act and therefore you have the right to cancel your purchase and return ordered goods without giving any reason.

You can cancel your purchase by notifying Watersafe in writing by e-mail within 14 days of receiving your order (or a major part of it). The item(s) must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in the original carton.

If you as a customer have handled the goods to a greater extent than is necessary to determine their properties or function and this has led to the goods being returned being of lesser value, Watersafe has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the goods from the amount to be refunded.

3.5 Unclaimed goods

You are obliged to redeem, collect or receive your delivery in accordance with the instructions provided from time to time by Watersafe or your chosen shipping company.

Unredeemed goods at the dealer automatically mean that you have chosen to cancel your purchase in accordance with point 3.4 above.

If you have chosen a delivery method that requires you to collect your order from a representative within a certain number of days and do not do so within the time frame, the shipment will be returned to the Watersafe warehouse. The return cost incurred for unclaimed goods will be charged in connection with our crediting and refunding the amount you purchased the item(s) for.

3.6 Return of goods

You as a customer may arrange to return the goods you have chosen to cancel in the case of an open purchase (according to point 3.3) or have chosen to exercise the right of withdrawal for private individuals in the case of distance selling (according to point 3.4).

Returns sent to agents are not collected and are returned to the sender.

3.7 Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Watersafe will refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods.

The refund is always made using the same payment method and account that you used to pay for the original order.

4 Warranty and complaints

When you purchase a product covered by the warranty, you will receive information about the warranty terms at the time of purchase or at the latest when you receive your product. The warranty terms state, among other things, how long the warranty period is and what other terms apply to the warranty. Within the warranty period, direct costs to rectify defects in the product are reimbursed, e.g. repairs, spare parts or replacement of the product.

The warranty does not cover defects that are due to a cause on the part of the Customer or a third party, such as an accident or improper handling of the product.

To claim warranty, you must present valid proof of purchase, e.g. receipt or invoice.

5 Privacy Policy

We process personal data when you place an order and thereby enter into a purchase agreement with us. In connection with the order, you agree that we store and use your information in our operations to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act and the GDPR, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted.

Certain laws govern the Personal Data Act and GDPR, such as the Accounting Act, which requires that accounting records be archived for a period of time specified by law. Accounting records often contain personal information that may not be corrected, falsified or deleted afterwards.

6 Force Majeure

Watersafe is not responsible for circumstances beyond Watersafe's control, such as general labor disputes, war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changes in legislation or government regulations, technical problems, failures in electrical/telephone/data connections or other communications, and failures or delays in services from subcontractors due to circumstances stated herein. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption from damages and other penalties. Should any such situation arise, Watersafe will inform of such an event. If the circumstance has lasted longer than two (2) months, both the Customer and Watersafe have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

7 Tivster

Our goal is always that the customer is as satisfied as possible. Should the parties not agree and a dispute arise, Watersafe Sverige AB undertakes to follow decisions from the Swedish Consumer Complaints Board (ARN).

Any dispute shall be resolved by either the Swedish National Board of Complaints (ARN) or the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR).

9 Other

These terms and conditions of purchase can and will be changed, without prior notice to visitors and/or customers.
