Frequently asked questions and smart tips

How do I know where to place the sensors?

You should place the sensors in areas where the risk of water leakage is greatest, such as under the dishwasher, washing machine and at water connections. The sensors should lie flat on the floor and close to potential leakage points to react quickly in case of contact with water.

Is it possible to connect multiple sensors to one system?

Yes, absolutely! You can connect multiple sensors to the same system – both wirelessly and wired. This allows you to secure multiple rooms, such as the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room, at the same time. All sensors are connected to the same main module and immediately alert you if there is a leak, no matter where it happens.

What happens in the event of an alarm?

When a sensor detects a water leak, an alarm is sent directly to the main unit – which automatically shuts off the water in a matter of seconds. At the same time, you can receive a notification or sound signal so you know what has happened.

This means that the damage is stopped before it has time to spread – without you having to be at home.
